With business growing, Inwit was looking to build a brand that would help them on their road to becoming Toronto’s go-to sustainable corporate catering service. Their existing branding lacked the personality, memorability, and cohesiveness they knew they needed in order to fulfill their mission of making sustainability and waste reduction a fun and enjoyable experience.
Our goal was to create a brand that employees and consumers could rally around to show that making more sustainable choices can be delightful.

The desire to reduce the use of plastics in everyday life turned into what we now know as Inwit. Originally known as WiseBird, Inwit is the final product of over five years of trialling ideas and processes to build a truly sustainable, carbon-free catering service. We wanted to call back to the origins of the business by bringing a hummingbird back into the spotlight.
Another challenge was adding a level of fun and playfulness to the collateral that would get people excited about it. Working with the brand voice and identity we built, we designed swag that employees would actually want to wear, as well as printed labels for containers that would help consumers understand the impact that sharing a meal together has for our planet.
